HEAT ADVISORY POSTED...BACK INTO THE 90's

Temperatures this afternoon have topped out around the 90º mark depending where you are across Central Indiana

Temperatures this afternoon have topped out around the 90º mark depending where you are across Central Indiana.  Some locations are a little above 90 but areas south fell just short.  The other thing you noticed today was the much higher levels of humidity.  Tonight the skies will be mainly clear with temperatures falling only into the low 70's.

Looking ahead to Sunday heat advisories are already posted for parts of the state.  It does include Marion County and also counties off the west.  Temperatures tomorrow will be in the low 90's with heat index values around 100º and mostly sunny skies.  What you will also notice tomorrow will be a fairly strong breeze out of the southwest at 10-20mph.  This will help to stir the air around a bit.  But anyway you look at it tomorrow will still be one of it not the warmest day of the year so far.
