MILD WEEKEND BUT A PATTERN CHANGE COMING
Friday marked the 7th consecutive day with above normal temperatures and the 14th straight day with little to no rain. Big changes are in store for next week.
Warmer air will once again greet us as the weekend gets underway. High's Saturday will climb into the low to middle 60's on a southwest breeze ahead of a cold front. Clouds increase as the front approaches Saturday night.
The front will shift the winds early Sunday morning and offer a slightly cooler day with rain holding off until late. This is the start of a major pattern change for next week.
An upper level low will "cut off" from the main branch of the jet stream Monday night. This low will stall, bringing rain showers and much cooler air through next week. Enjoy the weekend!
