GOOD MORNING OCTOBER!

Bright sun to greet you at 7:41am this morning...should be another great day with loaded sun and less windy conditions.  Afternoon high:  72.   Friday night football should be great under partly cloudy skies and dry, cool conditions...Clouds gather by Saturday morning as spotty showers develop!   Look for sharply colder air for the entire weekend with our best chances of rain on Saturday afternoon.  Some frost will be likely by Sunday morning with a better possibility on Monday morning!  A true autumn chill is on the way...

CLOUDS ROLL IN BUT LITTLE IN RAINFALL EXPECTED!

After an absolutely beautiful weekend...clouds are on the increase today!  This will bring our temperatures down a little and could actually spark an isolated shower by late afternoon/early evening.  There is not much in the way of moisture in the clouds, so rain chances are and will be very weak!  Another pretty uneventful week ahead, which is great for getting that last of the yard work done for the season!  Of course, the moderate drought continues so fire danger remains a factor!

SNEAKY COLD FRONT...RAINY WEEKEND?

A cold front is quietly slipping through the area this morning...a subtle wind shift to the northwest will make for a slight cooler day!  Highs today in the lower 60s compared to yesterday's high of 70-degrees.  More dry weather, more sun, more wind and more fire danger!  Rain chances still in the forecast for the weekend although Saturday appears to be the driest of the two with not all-day rains expected.  Important to keep with the updates, as the track could shift a little east before the weekend.  Have a great day!
